Job Description
Catwalk Event Management & Productions Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a highly adaptable and versatile Creative Event Manager to lead our team in the creative development and execution of our company’s events.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualities and skills:
- Ability to create presentations for projects.
- Extensive experience in creating 360 brand pitches.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive the creative strategy.
- Responsible for the production and delivery of projects from start to finish.
- Ensuring events are completed within the designated time frame and budget.
- Setting and maintaining project timelines and priorities for the team.
- Providing assistance and support to the team in completing projects.
- Effective communication, maintenance, and development of client relationships.
- Managing vendor relationships.
- Overseeing operational and administrative functions to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Ability to travel for onsite inspections and project management of events.
- Creating project cost sheets.
- Responsible for managing project budgets from start to finish.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and quality delivery.
- Assisting the CEO in various capacities.
- Maintaining and updating the event calendar.
- Handling client communication for pitches and recovery.
