Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Creative Lead with a background in the FMCG. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a creative role. This role is essential for leading our creative projects, managing the creative team, and ensuring that all creative output aligns with our brands vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the creative vision for the brand, ensuring all creative output is aligned with the company’s brand strategy and objectives.
• Lead and manage the creative team, including art directors, designers, and copywriters, to deliver high-quality creative work.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all brand communications and materials.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas and techniques into the creative process.
• Provide constructive feedback to the creative team and continuously seek ways to improve the quality and effectiveness of creative work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a creative role, (preferably within the FMCG industry)
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
