Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals.

- Present creative concepts and strategies to clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage multiple projects and coordinate workflows.
- Monitor project progress and stay updated on industry trends.
- Implement innovative approaches to stay ahead in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in creative leadership.
- Strong portfolio of creative digital projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in creative software and tools.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Strong project management skills.
