Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Manager who is able to interpret business requirements and client briefs quickly and translate them into elegant, creative solutions. You will be responsible for developing marketing and communications content that will separate us from the crowd. If you are an exceptionally creative individual with a good understanding of marketing concepts and prior experience in an ad agency, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a communication strategy for the brand’s upcoming and ongoing campaigns.
• Research, conceptualize, and then develop content for assigned brands in accordance with the briefs provided.
• Working closely with the Account Manager and Art Director to ensure that all the ideas are properly executed.
• Planning the rollout of the campaign on social media, and other offline/on-ground activities related to the campaign.
• Work to prepare high-impact ideas for pitching and proposals for potential clients.
• Provide quality control over concepts and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven work experience as a Creative Manager
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to visualize concepts and communicate ideas to the Art Director
• Good understanding of various social media platforms
• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
