Job Description
Job Description: Graduate in Marketing from a reputable institute. Must be experienced in developing and executing creative concepts for social media and digital campaigns.
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience working with an agency or brand.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage a team to produce launch/campaign calendars for all clients.
- Create design briefs and determine requirements.
- Manage overall creatives for all client brands.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to provide timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Research and development on trending and innovative designs.
- Conceptualize visuals with the graphics team based on concepts that fit the client’s needs.
- Test graphics across various media and mediums.
- Amend designs after feedback until the final approvals.
- Liaise with all design POCs and ensure ad and newsletter requirements are delivered according to the predefined timeline.
- Guide external creative teams on ad formats and requirements, with samples.
- Manage a team of content writers to deliver copies for all ad creative descriptions, headlines, and subjects.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Oversee compilation of monthly performance updates for each client at the beginning of every month.
