Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for an innovative and talented Creative Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in an advertising agency and demonstrate strong creative skills in ideation and execution. Excellent writing skills, the ability to manage a team, and a passion for the advertising industry are crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and campaigns from ideation through execution.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Generate and present innovative ideas, providing creative direction to the team.
- Write compelling copy for various mediums, including digital, print, and social media.
- Manage and mentor a team of creatives, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure all creative output meets high standards of quality and creativity.
