This is a full-time, in-office position based in Karachi, Pakistan.

We’re looking to onboard an experienced Creative Manager to work with us on our varied projects. This role requires deep creative acumen and the ability to manage a team of multidisciplinary creative practitioners.

As a Creative Manager, you will have a senior role in the creative team, working closely with the hierarchy, to develop and manage creative assets & solutions for our varied projects.

In this role you will be:

• Receiving creative briefs from clients.
• Managing the creative team to allocate tasks & deliverables.
• Developing creative solutions for successful project deliveries.
• Proactively communicating with the account lead on updates and timelines.
• Consistently identifying ways to improve efficiency and deliver superior results.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A deeply creative mindset and understanding of digital creatives.
• Skill in design, illustration, and AI generative art.
• Ability to manage a team of reportees.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Midjourney.
• Quick grasp of technology solutions to aid processes.
• Ability to handle the pressure of working under tight timelines.

As the perfect fit for this role, you will be:

• Coming with an academic background in communication design or similar design discipline.
• Possessing at least four years of experience in a creative management role.
• Possessing an expert level grasp on relevant design software.
• Be an artist and a thinker.
• Be adept at managing others.
