Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To execute End of Day (EOD) of Credit Card Branch.
- To retrieve and place Credit Card SFTP Files to and from SFTP server.
- To import E-statement files and in AL Habib System.
- To execute financial vouchers posting in AL Habib System.
- To generate and place Payment File/ Local Settlement files on SFTP server.
- To upload credit card files through Credit Card MIS System for monthly reporting.
- To respond IBCA of Credit Card Payments received from branches.
- To provide assistance to Supervisor for Month End and Year End Closing.
- To process Financial Reversals on Customer / Branch / Call Center request.
- To provide timely resolution of assigned customer complaints by Call Center and Branches.
- To assist Supervisor regarding follow-ups and issues observed during Branch Operations.
- To process Financial Posting in Vision Plus.
- To respond customer queries received from branches regarding Credit Card.
- To process chargeback deduction request and issue IBDA to EBR Unit.
- To process Temporary / Financial Credit request received from FIU and EBR-Chargeback.
