Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Serve as primary contact for client communication.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review portfolios.
CRM Utilization:
- Utilize CRM software for client data management.
- Ensure data accuracy for improved client satisfaction.
- Generate reports for client analysis.
Client Onboarding and Support:
- Oversee smooth client onboarding and address issues.
- Provide ongoing support for client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of financial services experience.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong financial product understanding.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Certifications:
- Financial certifications like CFA or CFP are a plus.
