Job Description
Role Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CRM Executive to join our team at One Homes. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective CRM administration and optimization of our Salesforce/Monday.com platform. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Sales CRM functionalities, integrations, and administration, coupled with a minimum of 1/2 years of relevant experience. A Salesforce or any CRM Platform certification is a plus point for this position.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage and administrate all aspects of our Salesforce/Monday.com platform, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
- Understand and implement integrations with other tools and platforms to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
- Oversee data management within CRM, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with best practices.
- Develop and implement marketing automation workflows to optimize lead nurturing, engagement, and conversion processes.
- Generate and analyze reports to assess the performance of marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1/2 years of experience in Salesforce or any CRM Platform administration and management.
- In-depth understanding of Sales CRM functionalities including marketing automation.
- Proficient in integrating CRM Platform with other Data tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and performance metrics for optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Administration, Data, and integrations.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
