Job Description
Skin Deep is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing customer interactions, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving loyalty to our brand. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure our CRM strategies align with business objectives and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints through various channels (email, phone, social media) ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Maintain and update customer information in the system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement; provide actionable insights to improve customer experience and retention.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive approach to customer relationship management.
- Generate regular reports on CRM activities for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
