Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to enhance our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for customers, providing support through phone and email communications. Your main responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, managing customer records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, at least 6 months of customer service experience, and excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs37,00.00 per month, along with benefits and opportunities for professional development.
