Job Description
Are you looking for a job opportunity in the field of Customer Support and Social Media? Sapphire Retail Limited (SRL) is seeking individuals with the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Social Media tonalities to handle customers
- Expert in handling customers queries over voice channel
- Expert in chat support
- Adequate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google spreadsheets
- Hands-on experience on Shopify or any complaint management ticketing portal is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Good in multitasking
- Must be a team player
- Highly flexible
- Minimum graduation but incumbents with A-level good grades are also eligible
