Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Representative (Night Shift) role at Alestra Solutions in Islamabad. As a CSR, you will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and billing issues through various channels, including email, telephone, and chat. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service or support
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Shift flexibility, willing to work night shifts
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
