Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a graduation degree and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Male candidates are preferred.
Your main responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, generating sales leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will build lasting relationships with customers and provide accurate information while resolving their complaints efficiently.
The job requires reliable commuting or planning to relocate to Lahore. Working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a competitive salary starting from Rs30,00.00 per month.
