Job Description
CloudRCM Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, cultivating strong relationships with healthcare providers and clients, addressing concerns, conducting cold calls, and verifying provider information. Applicants must possess a minimum of one year of experience in medical billing, customer relations, or sales. Strong verbal and written communication skills, persistence in lead conversion, and effective problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this position.
