Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Rawalpindi. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will handle customer inquiries and dialing. Successful candidates should possess excellent English communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and dialing
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer service software

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
