Job Description
We are looking for a talented candidate with exceptional communication skills and fluency in English for our projects in the USA and UK. The ideal applicant will have prior experience in packaging.
Key responsibilities include managing calls, chats, and emails, generating sales inquiries, and coordinating with the estimation team to ensure timely quotes. Strong customer service skills are essential for addressing complaints and ensuring prompt delivery.
This position requires availability from 8 PM to 5 AM, with weekends off. The salary range is Rs30,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month.
