Job Description
KS HRBC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED seeks a Customer Service Agent for its Lahore office. The successful candidate will support clients via CRM and SaaS platforms, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and professional client interaction in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of customer service experience with CRM/SaaS systems
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills; basic graphic design knowledge preferred
Details: Onsite, Eastern Hours, 5 days a week. Salary: 75,00 – 120,00 PKR.
