Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely updates on project progress.
• Issue Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, collaborating with the development and support teams to ensure prompt solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our software products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to clients.
