Nexia Tech is seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) Trainee to join our team. As the initial point of contact for our clients, you will address inquiries and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat.
- Resolve complaints and provide essential product information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
