Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person, providing accurate information about our products and services. You will also address and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring complete satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred) and proven experience in customer service. Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities are essential, as is proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office.
