Job Description
We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) & Social Media Manager (SMM). As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their experience with our company.
As an SMM, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and interacting with our online community. You will utilize your creativity to develop strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads through various social media platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and efficient responses
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media channels
- Create and schedule engaging and relevant social media content
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in customer service and social media management is preferred.
