Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and approachable Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Web Applications & Data Integration Company, located on College Road, Lahore. In this essential role, you will serve as the vital link between our organization and our customers, ensuring outstanding service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, addressing customer concerns, maintaining accurate records, processing orders, and managing product returns. Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills are essential. A Bachelor’s degree and prior customer service experience are preferred.
This is a full-time onsite position with night shift hours from 9 PM to 6 AM PKT.
