Job Description
The Technician will maintain all surgical and medical equipment, assist surgeons during Operation Theatre procedures, and specialize in a specific area of surgery.
Key responsibilities include arranging and maintaining equipment for special procedures, ensuring correct patient information on consent forms, and following aseptic measures.
- Clean and arrange OT and medical equipment
- Prepare surgical instruments and trolleys
- Document equipment usage and consumables
- Shift patients to Recovery Room with safety measures
- Ensure OR cleanliness and effective communication with OT staff
