Job Description
We invite passionate interns from the College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) to join our kitchen team, where you will gain experience in various sections, including Pakistani cuisine, cold kitchen, sushi, fry section, bakery, and Chinese cuisine.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Keeping detailed records of kitchen operations.
- Overseeing supplies and inventory management.
- Supervising production staff.
- Researching and developing innovative recipes.
- Learning meat washing and frying techniques.
- Understanding marination and proper storage practices.
This internship lasts for 3 months, and top performers may be considered for permanent positions.
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Compensation: Rs 20,00.00 – Rs 25,00.00 per month
