Role Description: The Cultural/Communication Trainer will develop and conduct training sessions to enhance cross-cultural communication competencies, address communication challenges, and evaluate participants’ skills. They will provide feedback, create action plans, and stay updated on communication trends to align training programs with organizational goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, or related field, 5 years of experience in communication training, call center training experience, strong writing skills, teamwork abilities, and preferably experience in the US healthcare industry.
