Job Description

DESCRIPTION

The curriculum development specialist will assist in planning and executing curriculum development projects, creating educational content, editions for materials, and developing lesson plans.

  • Develop curriculum and content based on international best practices in EFL instruction
  • Research assessment best practices for EFL learners
  • Prepare presentations for decision making
  • Collaborate with FSPD teams on language learning and teacher training
  • Identify instructional materials for language acquisition and teacher training

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of EFL instruction approaches
  • Familiarity with teaching methodologies and assessment techniques
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to organize activities and analyze data
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Literacy, or Linguistics

English Teaching certifications like TEFL or TESOL

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2-3 years in Teaching, Training, or Curriculum Development
