Job Description
DESCRIPTION
The curriculum development specialist will assist in planning and executing curriculum development projects, creating educational content, editions for materials, and developing lesson plans.
- Develop curriculum and content based on international best practices in EFL instruction
- Research assessment best practices for EFL learners
- Prepare presentations for decision making
- Collaborate with FSPD teams on language learning and teacher training
- Identify instructional materials for language acquisition and teacher training
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of EFL instruction approaches
- Familiarity with teaching methodologies and assessment techniques
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to organize activities and analyze data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Literacy, or Linguistics
English Teaching certifications like TEFL or TESOL
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2-3 years in Teaching, Training, or Curriculum Development
