Job Description
Join Blink Estudio as a Customer and Chat Support Representative! In this position, you will engage with customers through various channels, including social media, email, text, and phone calls, providing exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire order process, monitoring inventory levels, and efficiently handling returns.
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of e-commerce experience, outstanding English communication skills, and a solid understanding of cosmetics. Familiarity with website management and logistics is also required.
This position requires availability from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM. The salary ranges from Rs35,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month.
