Healthwire is looking for an enthusiastic and competent Customer and Sales Support Executive to join us in our hyper-growth trajectory.

Job Description:

  • Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
  • Monitor the effectiveness and quality of incoming calls.
  • Determine weaknesses in performance and establish solutions to improve.
  • Generate and maintain feedback and coaching documentation. Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
  • Offer daily feedback via verbal & written communication.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of products, including performance and functional requirements of the call center.
  • Ability to work and complete projects without supervision, self-motivated.
  • Perform daily evaluations of customer-interacting departments.
  • Participate in all QA meetings, training, and workshops to be aligned with the team and better understand the updates and processes.
  • Making and sharing daily productivity reports.
  • Call Scoring according to call evaluation.
  • Provides feedback to Sales reps, team leaders, and managers.
  • Achieve all daily and monthly KPIs.
