Healthwire is looking for an enthusiastic and competent Customer and Sales Support Executive to join us in our hyper-growth trajectory.
Job Description:
- Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
- Monitor the effectiveness and quality of incoming calls.
- Determine weaknesses in performance and establish solutions to improve.
- Generate and maintain feedback and coaching documentation. Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
- Offer daily feedback via verbal & written communication.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of products, including performance and functional requirements of the call center.
- Ability to work and complete projects without supervision, self-motivated.
- Perform daily evaluations of customer-interacting departments.
- Participate in all QA meetings, training, and workshops to be aligned with the team and better understand the updates and processes.
- Making and sharing daily productivity reports.
- Call Scoring according to call evaluation.
- Provides feedback to Sales reps, team leaders, and managers.
- Achieve all daily and monthly KPIs.
