Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Customer Care Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries and complaints effectively.
Key responsibilities include answering customer calls, responding to emails, and providing support through various communication channels. The Customer Care Advisor will also document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a good listener, and have a strong problem-solving ability. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
