Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Customer Services Representative to join our team. The candidate must possess a degree from a reputable university and be fluent in both English and Urdu. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs32,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month, with performance-based incentives. Experience in a UK-based call center for at least one year is required.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling and responding to customer inquiries
- Providing online support and maintaining records of faults
- Executing special tasks as assigned
