Position: Customer Care Executive (Voice & Chat)

Company Description: Diamond Group of Industries is a leading national conglomerate in Pakistan that was founded in 1974. The group includes several brands such as Diamond Supreme Foam, Dolcé Vita, Diamond Tyres & Tubes, Diamond Jumbolon, and Dolce Vita Home.
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located at M.M. Alam Road, Gulberg, Lahore. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering top-notch customer service.
The Customer Care Executive will also be responsible for effective communication and sales to meet customer needs in making a purchase decision or handling a complaint.
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (5 days a week)
Qualifications:
- Effective Communication skills
- Sales skills to provide solutions to meet customer needs
- Excellent problem-solving ability to resolve customer issues promptly
- Experience in a customer-facing role with a proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Knowledge of Social Media Chat and email interactions is a plus
