Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Lahore. The Customer Service Representative will:

  • Provide excellent customer support to clients through phone, email.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with clients by ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing customer experience.
  • Assist clients in resolving issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and provide reports as required.

Qualification

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills.
  • Should have excellent English Communication skills.
  • Experience in maintaining customer satisfaction and enhancing customer experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM systems and basic computer skills.
