Job Description
Closet Stores Pvt. Ltd. (Rental Boutique) is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Prior experience in customer service is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls.
- Engage with potential customers to drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Salary Package: PKR 25,00 to 30,00
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 12 PM to 9 PM
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
Job Type: Full-time, 9-hour duty with a 12-month contract.
