Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Agent. The Customer Care Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities may include maintaining customer databases, monitoring customer feedback, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Customer Support and Customer Service Experience
- Experience with troubleshooting customer complaints
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
