Moawin Facilities Management is a Facility Management and Housing Maintenance company based in Lahore, Pakistan. Our vision is to be the first choice of corporate and residential consumers for building maintenance in Pakistan.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Care Representative. The primary responsibility of the Customer Care Representative is to provide exceptional customer service to all clients by handling their inquiries and concerns and ensuring their satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks associated with this role include answering calls, responding to emails, initiating follow-ups, engaging with clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer records.

Requirements:

  • Fresh to 2 years of experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
  • Graduation in a relevant field or preferably BBA/MBA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with clients and other team members.
  • Ability to ensure that all clients are satisfied and their needs are met.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.

Salary: 30K – 40K based on ability

Timings: 9:30 am – 6 pm (6 days a week)

Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore
