Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients. This includes addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Prior experience in Customer Support and Service roles
- Ability to prioritize and multitask to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to customer issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Office: Johar Town Lahore
Timings: 9 PM to 6 AM
