We’re looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with 1-2 years of experience in providing top-notch customer support, focusing on e-commerce platforms like Daraz, Shopify, and WordPress. Ideal candidates will excel in delivering exceptional service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  1. Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, or chat related to e-commerce platforms.
  2. Provide accurate information on products, services, and e-commerce functionalities.
  3. Assist customers with order processing, account management, billing, and more.
  4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when needed.
  5. Document interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Identify areas for e-commerce platform improvement and share customer feedback.
  7. Collaborate with teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years customer service experience, focusing on e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathy.
  • Proficient in customer service tools and e-commerce platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
