Job Description
FAHAD Tutors Academy is currently seeking dedicated Customer Care Representatives to join our North Nazimabad team. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, with a preference for spoken English proficiency. Experience in call centers and proficiency in Excel will be prioritized.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Assist customers based on their requirements.
- Calmly handle dissatisfied customers and provide support.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate/Graduation level education.
- Proficient in spoken English (Preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Possess a patient and empathetic demeanor.
