Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist who will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer care/call center (required)
- Skills: Fluent in English
Salary: Rs45,00 – Rs60,00 per month, including incentives up to Rs15,00
Shift: Rotational shifts with work-from-home options after probation
