Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls
- Providing information and resolving customer queries
- Addressing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably in UK-based environments
- Salary: Rs. 45,00 with incentives up to Rs. 15,00
- Benefits: Free medical insurance
- Shifts: Rotational shifts, monthly rotation of morning, evening, and night
- Post-probation: Work from home options available
