Job Description
Global Immigration Consultants is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Engagement Officer. You will enhance our online presence by engaging our audience and building relationships, serving as the voice of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries and service applications.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions.
- Participate in optimizing YouTube content workflows.
Location: DHA Lahore, Pakistan
Shift: 10 am – 6 pm (Mon-Sat)
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months)
