Job Description
Global Immigration Consultants is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Engagement Officer to enhance our online presence. The successful candidate will engage with our audience across multiple platforms, foster strong relationships, and represent our brand effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Responding to client inquiries, delivering accurate information, ensuring exceptional customer service, and building trust within our community on social media. This role also includes developing automated content workflows for our YouTube channel.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of service processes, and demonstrated experience in customer engagement or social media management are essential.
Location: 10-K, Phase 1, DHA Lahore, Pakistan | Shift: 10 am to 6 pm (Monday-Saturday) | Job Type: Full-Time, 12-Month Contract.
