Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Start-up and commissioning of Thermal systems.
- Performing Preventive maintenance on site for customers in the Central region.
- Troubleshooting different onsite issues.
- Support different customers onsite in the Central region.
- Email and on-phone support wherever required.
- Customer site support as per SLA (contract).
- Assisting both South and North regional Thermal CE.
Background / Experience Required:
- Knowledge of Precision cooling systems.
- Experience with data center precision cooling and chillers.
- Hands-on experience in Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of thermal units.
- Good communication skills and proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a challenging atmosphere.
