Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various channels.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Cultivate an in-depth understanding of products and services for comprehensive support.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently to prioritize satisfaction.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions for seamless communication.
- Analyze feedback to enhance service quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to tackle complex customer issues and provide solutions.
- Uphold service standards and conduct onboarding training for new clients.
- Coordinate with external providers to ensure adherence to defined standards.
- Manage trackers for client TATs, submit evaluation reports at intervals.
- Engage with high-priority clients via email and calls, maintain efficient tracking.
- Conduct employee verifications for clients within specified TATs promptly.
- Update verification records on the portal accurately and within TATs.
Requirements:
- Graduate from HEC recognized university.
- Previous customer support experience, including upselling, preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional with challenging customers.
- Familiarity with support software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
