Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various channels.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
  • Cultivate an in-depth understanding of products and services for comprehensive support.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently to prioritize satisfaction.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions for seamless communication.
  • Analyze feedback to enhance service quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to tackle complex customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Uphold service standards and conduct onboarding training for new clients.
  • Coordinate with external providers to ensure adherence to defined standards.
  • Manage trackers for client TATs, submit evaluation reports at intervals.
  • Engage with high-priority clients via email and calls, maintain efficient tracking.
  • Conduct employee verifications for clients within specified TATs promptly.
  • Update verification records on the portal accurately and within TATs.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from HEC recognized university.
  • Previous customer support experience, including upselling, preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional with challenging customers.
  • Familiarity with support software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
