Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Associates. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Resolution of verbal and written customer complaints and Service Requests
- Managing the complaint ticketing system, creating, tracking, and resolving tickets as per given SLA
- Analyzing and reporting on complaints data and ticket resolution
- Resolving complaints via phone, email, and our online ticketing system
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up with cross-functional departments to ensure proper and on-time resolution of complaints
- Achieving KPIs and maintaining SLAs for optimal customer experience
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about every problem that a customer faces
- Work with cross-functional department to get the customer’s issue resolved within defined timelines
- Provide feedback to line manager to improve processes for a better customer experience
- Proactively identify and forecast problems in the existing customer support function and come up with solutions
- Create, sustain, and manage a positive work culture within the customer support team/department
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service, CRM, or Ticketing System role is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and patience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
