Job Description
About the role:
As a customer experience associate at DealCart, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance the customer journey and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include creating and improving processes, setting KPIs, and leading customer research efforts.
- Create and enhance customer journey policies and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize customer feedback
- Define and improve CX policies and processes
- Set KPIs, launch initiatives for service quality
- Work with product team for enhancements
- Lead customer research work streams
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in Ms Excel and SQL
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
