Job Description
Responsible for assisting the ticketing team in responding to customer queries, analyzing customer feedback from multiple sources, and tracking overall customer experience across multiple touchpoints. The resource will also be responsible for creating a mechanism fostering and analyzing relevant customer data to uncover insights which will be translated for multiple departments within the organization.
