Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Officer to provide exceptional client support through live chat, email, and telephone.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Address client inquiries promptly.
  • Analyze personal clientele and take necessary actions.
  • Deliver high-quality service and promote our products.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed.
  • Contribute to achieving team targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
  • 1 year of customer support experience.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months)

Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
